Tart Cherry Citrus Smoothie

1 cup light vanilla yogurt

1 15oz can Oregon Red Tart Cherries-well drained*

1  10.4oz can Mandarin Oranges well drained

¼ Tsp almond extract

4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth

Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately. 

Makes two servings

*Drink the juice for extra benefit

**Refrigerate your cans overnight for a colder smoothie
