Serves 1
1 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 ounce cherry juice
1-2 cherries per drink if desired
Brut Champagne or Sparking Wine
Instructions:
In a cocktail Shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and cherry juice. Shake well. Strain into a sparkling wine flute. Drop in a cherry and top the drink with sparkling wine or champagne.
*For a mocktail, simply eliminate the vodka and top with sparkling water.
