Grilled Asparagus with Prosciutto

1 bunch fresh asparagus, medium thickness

4 oz Prosciutto

Olive oil

Kosher Salt and Cracked Pepper

Wash asparagus and break off the bottom woody part, discard. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut prociutto into enough pieces to wrap around the asparagus spears. Wrap the asparagus and grill over high heat until prociutto is crispy and asparagus is tender. Serve immediately.
