Dark Sweet Cherry Salsa

1 can Oregon Dark Sweet Cherries, drained

¼ green bell pepper, minced

2 Tbs fresh basil- chopped

1 lemon, grated zest and juice only

¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce



If you have a food processor, put in all ingredients and pulse until you get the texture you like.  If you don’t, chop ingredients to medium coarseness, combine, season to taste and enjoy!  This salsa makes a great topping for grilled chicken or turkey.
