Serves: 8

1 can Oregon Boysenberries

1 egg

½ c milk

¼ c. butter

1 c. sugar

1 c. flour

½ tsp. vanilla

2 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Grease a 9×9 baking dish or 10 inch deep dish pie plate

Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT boysenberries. Pour into prepared dish. Pour Boysenberries (including juice) on top, don’t mix in. Bake for 35-40 minutes until nicely brown on top. 

(Note: do not double the recipe. If you need more than one pan make each batch separately.)
