Blueberry Kick Start Smoothie

½ cup unfiltered apple juice                                                                                          1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger                                                                                            Juice of 1 lemon
1 can Oregon Fruit Blueberries, frozen
1 medium banana, frozen
1 tsp. cayenne
4 ice cubes, ( freeze Coconut Water if possible)
Run some hot water over the can of Blueberries before opening. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
