1 box angel food cake mix

1 can Oregon Fruit Red Tart Cherries

1 8oz can crushed pineapple in juice

Preheat oven to 350degrees.  Drop oven rack to the very bottom and remove all other racks.   Put cake mix in a metal or glass mixing bowl, add ¼ cup of cherry juice  .  Whip with a wire whip for 1 minute.  Dump in drained cherries and pineapple with juice and fold into batter.  Pour into 9″x13″ pan.  Bake for 35-47 minutes until top is dark golden brown and cracks feel very dry and not sticky. Do not underbake.
