Sometimes the hardest part about cooking is deciding what to make. While sweet treats are a favorite around here, we eat more than just fruit.  Here are four recipes that look delicious and may help your meal planning. They vary on difficulty and preparation time. I also tried to choose different types of food to appeal to everyone. Some have meat, several do not. If you try any, please leave a comment and tell me what you think.

Also, there’s a yummy recipe here for blueberry frozen yogurt. Make it on Sunday so you can enjoy it every night this week for dessert!

Monday: Meatballs Even Kids Can Make

Tuesday: Garlicky Bacon Pizza with Summer Veggies

Wednesday: Wheatberry Salad with Cranberries, Feta and Mint

Thursday: Summer Corn Soup with Shrimp

Dessert: Blueberry Frozen Yogurt (Try it with Oregon Blueberries!)

  1. Oregon Fruit products are the best! I have been using their boysenberries and cherries for pies for a few years now and they are my favorite! I get alot of requests for them–I have also used the boysenberries in smoothies too. Thanks Oregon Fruit for a great product.. I do miss the grandparent/grandchild contest you had!
